Apple VS the rest of the world

Not a day goes by without hearing from a patent law suit and more precisely one where Apple is not suing an Android manufacturer for being copied.

HTC, Motorola, Samsung are just the biggest having to fight a competitor that obviously does not like competition. The problem here is that Samsung had several products banned to “copy” the design of Apple’s product. Yes, it seems judges believe that Apple invented the black rectangle with rounded corners…

Ironic, that what we could say looking at early prototypes of the iPhone:

Apple engineers did not only copy the Sony design, they pushed the copy as far as just simply rename it the “Jony”. Ah, Steve, did you not once said “Good artists copy great artists steal”…

Obviously you’re one of a kind (of thief). It is time to revise drastically this patent system that is obviously not making any sense…
